Shipment and Export policy
Delivery of banknotes to European countries and the United States (U.S.). Delivery to countries outside of Europe and the U.S. on request. Shipment confirmation will be sent via E-Mail. All shipments are fully insured.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment in certain circumstances.

Minimum order value
Switzerland: CHF 25
Outside of Switzerland: EUR/USD 50

Discount
For orders placed via the online shop with value above CHF/EUR/USD 100, a discount of 8% will be granted (non-cumulative with other discounts or rebates).

Return policy
Items purchased online can be returned until 5 days after receipt of the delivery. Banknotes sealed in plastic (TPG) can only be returned if the seal or packaging has not been broken.

Payment conditions (Switzerland)
Payment can be made by bank or postal transfer in CHF.

First time deliveries to unknown recipients can only be made if payment is received in advance or references have been given. We will provide you with our accounts details required for payment.

We also accept payment in cash. Please note that the transfer of cash occurs at your own risk.

Payment conditions for countries outside of Switzerland
Payment can be made by bank in CHF, EUR or USD. Paypal is accepted up to EUR/USD 500.

First time deliveries to unknown recipients can only be made if payment is received in advance. We will provide you with our accounts details required for payment. Please note that we cannot accept credit cards.
We also accept payment in cash. Please note that the transfer of cash occurs at your own risk.
