Shipment and Export policy
Delivery of coins and banknotes to European countries and the United States (U.S.). Delivery to countries outside of Europe and the U.S. on request.Shipment confirmation will be sent via E-Mail. All shipments are fully insured.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment in certain circumstances.
Minimum order value
Switzerland: CHF 25
Outside of Switzerland: EUR/USD 50
Rebates
For orders submitted via the online shop with value above CHF/EUR/USD 100, a rebate of 8% will be granted (non-cumulative with other discounts or rebates).
Return policy
Items purchase online can be returned until 5 days after receipt of the delivery. Coins and banknotes sealed in plastic (TPG) can only be returned if the seal or packaging has not been broken.

Payment can be made by bank in CHF, EUR or USD. Paypal is accepted up to EUR/USD 500.
